About the academy
The KFokam Business Excellence Academy (BEA) brings the business field into the KFokam School of Arts and Trades. It offers certified training modules built around market needs, for working professionals who want to grow their skills and for graduates looking for new opportunities. The training is an intensive six-month program, designed to make learners quickly operational, with schedules organized so that people who already work can take part.

Learning by doing
The training is hands-on and module-based. Learners work on real business cases, and round out their training with an internship and a final capstone project, so that every skill is one they have already used before they take it to the workplace.
