Management

Our Management program offers you the opportunity to develop the leadership, accounting, and operational skills needed to run teams and organizations effectively.

Overview

Our Management program is offered by the KFokam School of Economics and Management. In an era of constant change, academic excellence and technical know-how are no longer enough to succeed, so the program helps students discover that leadership is the essence of what they will do after graduation, and how to turn complexity into opportunity. Students learn to ask questions, to think in systems and creatively, and to be comfortable with ambiguity, while building skills in accounting, leadership, operations and organizational behavior. They learn to use and evaluate evidence to reach sound decisions, can conduct a research project supervised by a faculty member, and graduate with a range of transferable skills applicable to a wide variety of occupations.
